Position: Trainee Recruiters
Experience: Freshers
Workdays: 5 days (Monday – Friday)
Shift Timing: 6:00 pm to 3:30 AM IST
Compensation: Fixed Salary (Including PF)+ Incentives & + Free meal
+ Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility.
Who can apply: B Pharma, M Pharma, Bachelor of Science in
Biotechnology or Microbiology, Physics Chemistry, Agriculture, Botany, Zoology
or any graduation related to healthcare or pharma And Any HR & IT Graduates
Required Skills in Candidates
– Candidates with good written and verbal English communication.
– Knowledge of Pharma or Healthcare Skills is added advantage
– Willingness to learn
Job Description
1.Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods,
including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches,
online searches, Internet postings, and user/technical groups.
2.Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant
source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
3.Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors.
4.Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets; handle
5.multiple high-priority requirements workload at any given time.
6. Should be able to deal with the clients from submission till
closer.
