    The HR Generalist at NICE will support the Business Unit to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve business initiatives and deliver results. Our HR Generalist will support on various HR initiatives including policy and process implementation, employee training, development and engagement etc.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Assist in developing and executing employee procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
    • Support on employee engagement practices to foster and reinforce positive employee engagement, connect and communication culture.
    • Work on business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
    • Collect business unit training needs by partnering with business and create a plan with OD & Learning team.
    • Assist in continuous improvement for all talent process, includes both annual and mid-year processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
    • Support managers to retain, develop, and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
    • Provide ongoing support to managers on human resources related matters, policies, and procedures.
    • Coordinate with employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interest.


    Skills & experience required:

    • Should have at least 5 years of experience in the field of HR
    • Must have an MBA degree in HR from a reputed college
    • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
    • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
