Job Description
NielsenIQ is looking to mature our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program. To support
that effort, we are looking for IAM Sr. Analyst. In this role, the Analyst will be responsible for IAM product stack lifecycle including user access requests and approvals, provision/deprovision user access, access certification and governance of NielsenIQ IAM solutions and its associated processes. They will create, maintain, and review relevant documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles and user guides. This role will include communication with internal customers to clarify requests, report status, and updates. The candidate will be part of the on-call support rotation and manage second level calls from Help Desk and other internal teams.
What you’ll do
- Support IAM processes and technologies including provisioning/de-provisioning of access requests, incident tickets and other associated tasks within Service Level Agreements
- Analyze user access roles and security settings to independently assess compliance with defined standards.
- Build and manage application access certifications in SailPoint
- Conduct user access recertification as defined by company policies. Creates and documents all user access to audit procedures.
- Support activities related to application/platform onboarding
- Review / create technical and process documentation
- Participate in the integration, deployment, and support of IAM tools and products
- Actively identify, analyze, and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in a way to minimize service disruption and risk to the organization
- Drive continual improvement processes to streamline workflows to enhance the end-user experience and increase business value
- Work closely with other teams in the Cyber Security organization to drive more integrated security posture
We’re looking for people who have
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field including Computer Science or Information Systems
- 3+ years of Cybersecurity experience with at least one of those focused on IAM tools and processes
- 1+ years of strong execution as it relates to the operational efforts required for Identity Management & Lifecyle, Access Management, and Access Certification.
- Experience with administration and support of SailPoint or related Identity Governance technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to enable effective troubleshooting
- Documentation and process development experience
- Understanding the framework of IAM processes, technologies and advantages of automation
- Knowledge and experience with IT Service Management products
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in the fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective multi-tasking skills and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, and support on-call duties
