Job Location: Pune
BI Quality Assurance Engineer – is responsible for leading quality initiatives for the business, acting as a trusted advisor and SME for the development of teams and onshore partners.
Core responsibilities
- Validate Business Intelligence solutions by building QA strategy and Audit plans.
- Conduct & Produce Audit summary reports.
- Identify opportunities for automation within the QA landscape.
- Designing, documenting and executing Audit and Quality drive plans, for all types of BI outputs.
- Prepare and maintain checklist
- Identify where QA is bringing value and identify quantifiable risk.
- Conduct , analyse publish RCA, Quality , Audit reports
- Collaborate with other teams to understand how automated QA can improve SLA
- Follow up and present a detailed report on every quality escape to ensure that actionable outcomes are identified and implemented
- Operation monitoring & Quality inspections

5. Process handling for quality issues and team Development
6. Responsible for Maintaining First pass report
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Experience with Performance Audit, QA processes
9. Maintain, Report Governance on quality metrics to the stakeholders
10. Monitor compliance on the rolled-out processes
Required Experience (Must Have)
1. Bachelors’ degree in commerce delivered in English language
2. Perform Internal Quality Audit
3. Preparing operational Quality control documents.
4. Consulting for 5’S And safety
5. Preparing Documents Like Quality Manual, Procedures, Risk Analysis Safeguarding and FMEA
