WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Data Business Analyst to serve as a primary support contact for all shipment data and ASN related issues across NA DCs and OCMs on behalf of Nike’s Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Management team. You will work alongside key stakeholders on shipment data management and research, quality auditing, and corrective actions.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As our Analyst you will be accountable for timely investigation, correction, and mitigation of ERP data errors or irregularities (eg. Carton, UCC, PO, and/or ASN-level). You’ll play an active role in the installation and testing of new systems, EDI, or tooling across NA, as well as supporting the systemic onboarding of new DCs and LSPs.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Business partner engagement will be essential, and you will be responsible for leading and fostering key relationships with both internal (eg. Distribution & Store Operations, Finance, Product Flow) and external partners (eg. OCMs, CHBs, customers) to support NIKE’s expansive supply chain network.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Transportation Systems or Business/Data Analytics
  • Experience with integrated transportation management and ERP systems (eg. SAP, Amber Road)
  • Project management and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
  • Ability to work independently and analytically problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced knowledge in Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
