Nike, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Guide and oversee development and execution of reporting and analytics across a focused area of the Nike business value stream. Enable data driven business decisions that will d rive performance and lead to the accomplishment of annual goals. Develop and lead a dedicated analytics team responsible for building and deepening a well-rounded view of Nike’s consumers through data and analytics. Drive creation and/or implementation of decision support systems that help the business use/operationalize analytical insights. Direct development of reporting tools, methodologies and ad hoc analysis to pull out relevant data. Provide trending reporting, and evaluate metrics to help the teams drive their business. Own relationships with diverse business partners to understand current and anticipate future customer and business needs. Understand requirements and define relevant strategic questions. Forecast and report business key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership in partnership with key partners. Partner across other data science and other functional teams, such as finance and Strategy at Nike. Help accelerate and use data capabilities, and insights as part of the company’s integrated data offense. Build, manager, mentor, and inspire teams, managing performance, goals and development potential.
Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Statistics and five (5) years of experience in the job offered of related business occupation. Experience must include the following:
