We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer to support Nike’s Service Management Team.
This role creates management dashboards, reports on KPIs and metrics and answers key business questions to help increase quality and reduce the costs of service delivery.
The ideal candidate has extensive performance analytics experience in ServiceNow as well as a working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, HTML, XML and Python. Candidates will have multiple years of data analysis experience as well as in depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Database, Tables and Relationships.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with Nike’s Service Management team to create and update Performance Analytics Dashboards and Reporting Portal. You’ll work in an agile environment with dynamic stakeholders and very motivated operational health reporting team looking to improve KPIs, SLA’s, OLA’s and reduce costs across the enterprise.
A typical day will include requirements review, data analysis, development and demonstrations of new reporting features. You may also find yourself assisting with data compliance challenges and leveraging data from ServiceNow to assist in audit findings.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Nike is a matrixed environment; you will work with multiple members of the Service Management team based at Nike WHQ as well as the Performance Analytics team based in the Nike India Capability Center.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development, configuration and administration experience.
