Enterprise Applications team
In this role, you will be part of our Enterprise Applications team, responsible end to end for Nokia’s applications’ portfolio, used across all Business Groups and Functions. Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform into a fast moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organization.
Data, Analytics & Automation (DAA) is one of the Digital Office Enterprise Applications teams, that designs, develops and deploys Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Platform solutions, provides advanced analytics capabilities and manages all Digital Office supported automation.
With in DAA you will be part of IPA(Intelligent Process Automation)which delivers Automation ensuring benefits to Nokia’s Business Groups and Functions via Intelligent Automation levers like RPA, Orchestration combined with intelligent algorithms, Data Processing (IDP – NLP), Intelligent Agents & Product specific automation (e.g. for SAP); Automated Data Migration.
The role owner will act as a key individual contributor and have an aptitude to learn new technologies and loves to push the boundaries in solving real problems.
What you will learn and contribute to
The Product Master Data team is looking for a proactive key member who will have a key role in its development. You will be part of a team that is developing and managing Nokia IT Product Master Data applications and implement Product Lifecycle Management Use cases.
This is a hands-on technical role in a dynamic agile environment, working directly with developers, architects, test engineers, product management and internal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to coordinate the Agile oriented development team ensuring that the activities are delivered on time, on budget and with the expected quality
- Enable the Requirement Analysis, Technical documentation, implementation, testing & deployment.
- Single Point of Contact for all Effort and Cost estimate request that comes from different projects and demands
- Work closely with Business and IT Program manager for PDM strategic programs
- Coordinate on the Technical point of view, together with the Project manager and the Program manager, the team of Experts in new PLM Tech
- Actively contribute as a core developer on an Agile oriented team
- Requirement Analysis, Technical documentation, implementation, testing & deployment.
- Design, implement and integrate features based on Dassault Enovia and ORACLE PLM platform architecture
- Design, implement needed physical data model changes
- Configure the NOKIA ngPLM application(s) based on Dassault Enovia and ORACLE PLM to match business requirements minimizing the customizations
- Unit testing for each Application and function test for each user story
- Review the source code quality from peer developers
- Support the Application maintenance supplier in the troubleshooting and problem investigation
Required skills:
- Good Experience in software development
- Experience in PLM project/programs
- Deep skills on Dassault Enovia platform for Product Master data and PLM
- Deep skills on Oracle PLM platform for Product Master data and PLM
- Senior experience in Configuring/developing/Customizing Dassault Enovia and Oracle platform for PDM/PLM projects
- Deep Expertise on PLM capabilities and on integration/interface define and implementation
- Deep Expertise in the data Migrations and Application consolidation
Desired skills:
- Expertise in Java, Shell scripting, MQL, HTML, JavaScript, JPO, JSP and TCL scripting.
- Development Expertise on Enovia platform is considered a plus
- Experience on Technical and Infra topics
- Good Experience on ETL
- Experience on PDM Integration projects
- Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
- Ability to work in and with cross-functional distributed teams, including working across multiple time zones and providing remote support
- Be an independent self-learner with the “let’s get this done” approach
Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
- Above 5 years of hands-on experience in software design/development and/or operations
- Background in Development, Systems Architecture, and/or Operations.
- Experience delivering applications on ORACLE Innovator Platform
- Experience delivering applications on Dassault Enovia Platform
- Experience with configuration management tools
- Experience with source control systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Adaptable to changing environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
- ORACLE PLM certifications considered as a plus
- Dassault Enovia certifications considered as a plus
- Scrum certifications considered as a plus
- Project Management knowledge considered as a plus
- Willing to learn new technology and open mind for sharing is a plus
- Bachelor in computer science, Master Degree considered as a plus
