Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
The successful candidate will be part of ACH/Wire Investigation team within the Cash Operations department. Candidate will support Team Leader, in meeting team deliverables, ensuring the operational efficiency, dealing with ongoing operational problems, providing technical support to peers. Analyze, Review, Investigate and Resolve all queries, having the technical expertise in swift messaging protocols. Analytically and procedurally competent, functioning independently, with the ability to work in a close group and coordinate with various partner areas to research and resolve the exceptions. On a day-to-day basis he / she will support Team Management with forward planning for the team.
To summarize, we are looking for a candidate who has the ability to quickly grasp concepts and process knowledge. Candidate should be able to multitask and handle projects along with monitoring daily activities/deliverables.
Major Duties:
- Ensure that all processing / Workflows are completed within the SLA for the task. Checklists are prepared and submitted to the supervisor daily
- Proactively ensure all the documents (DPAD, SLD…) are in place and review them periodically.
- Delegates work on a daily/monthly basis, assesses individual workloads and re-allocates workload when necessary
- Ability to handle, escalate resolve queries in a timely manner
- Investigate and Resolve Wires/ACH exceptions
- Generate and support new ideas and initiatives, make sound decision, seek input from others, gather logical thinking and find solution. All exceptions and escalations either received through the workflow, mails or phone calls must be immediately addressed or worked upon and track them for future process improvements.
- Involve in audit, migrations, and contribute to overall success of the team by completing tasks assigned.
- To actively work on identifying and implementing process improvements in consultation with the Supervisor
- To initiate and lead team building activities within the team
- To assist the supervisor/ Manager in conducting Risk/ BCP / Compliance awareness sessions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 24 months in the current role or related field and flexible to work in any shifts.
