Novacs online platform solutions generate large customer data and we get an opportunity to work with vast quantity of data. You will use your technical experience and Analytical skills in understanding the various business processes, deep dive into the data underlying these processes, identify and rectify the anomalies in the data or the business processes and help improving online customer experience.
Skill Sets
Being part of Data and Analytics team which supports and co-ordinates the different data management activities including data research and analysis, data process optimisation, data onboarding, data processing according to guidelines, data modelling and consumption to meet the flexible business demands.
What you’ ll do:
- Design and/or apply a comprehensive collection of methods, practices, policies, tools and processes to govern and control the entire lifecycle of all the data assets, ensuring their protection, governance, trusted consumption and monetization.
- Perform maturity assessments on data management capabilities, designs related organization and operating models and advise on tools and roadmaps to implement them.
- Understand and assesses business strategy in connection with the value of data at scale.
- Articulate information strategies that meet business objectives by establishing a vision and a target state for organization, people, data and technology.
- Work with other Information Management & Analysis professionals, the program team, management and stakeholders to design and build analytics solutions in a way that will deliver business value.
- Support the production of high-quality data analysis deliverables, helping to ensure project timelines are met, and providing informal mentoring / training to junior members of the team
- Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
- Develop working relationships with peers across other teams and beginning to collaborate to develop leading data solutions
Desired Candidate Profile
- Need to have 4-9 years of relevant techno functional exposure to the various aspects of data analytics
- Data Analytics solutioning- Hands-on experience in understanding, designing and developing analytics solution based on business requirements
- Database Architecture and Design Exposure or knowledge in database design concepts and functional architecture
- Data Integration – Capability to design and implement models, capabilities and solutions to manage data within the enterprise (structured and unstructured, data archiving principles, data warehousing, data sourcing, etc.). This includes the data models, storage requirements and migration of data from one system to another
- Data Quality, Profiling and Cleansing – Capability to review (profile) a data set to establish its quality against a defined set of parameters and to highlight data where corrective action (cleansing) is required to remediate the data
- Data Visualisation, Data modelling – Experience in delivering the analytical solution to the business stakeholders in the form of visualisation/BI Reports or data models and providing recommendations based on the analysis
- Good to be as contributor/committer in one of the Bigdata technologies – Spark, Hive, Kafka, Kubernetes, Presto, Yarn, Hadoop/HDFS
- Proficiency in engineering practices and writing high quality code, with expertise in either one of Java or Python or Go.
- Hands-on experience with atleast a couple of conventional or Cloud based Extract, Transform, Load Tools Alteryx, Informatica, Datastage, Talend, SSIS, Azure etc.
