Overview:

The DPS Operations Management Analyst Cohort Program is a 12-18 month Management Development Rotation Program. Analysts are hired directly into Digital Products & Services and assigned to various teams within DPS to perform specific roles. Throughout the rotation, the Analyst will have the opportunity to explore their passions, interests, skills, and create new relationships. Because of the deep subject matter expertise developed and the extensive product training provided, analysts will have the opportunity to build a career within Digital Products & Services at Novant Health upon completion of the rotation. In addition to their experiences within each team, the analysts are engaged in a robust training and development curriculum that enhances their operations and leadership skills, provides them with comprehensive feedback and coaching, and positions them for successful future careers in DPS through a structured performance management process. After a successful 12-18 months in this role, you may transition to a full time role within an area of DPS that you’ve rotated to or other related role within another area of the organization, based on your interests and skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, required.

  • Experience
    : 0-3 years’ experience working in Business, Information Technology, Transformation, Information or a similar role.
  • Additional Skills Required:
    • Ability to manage multiple, strategic business relationships at the Executive level as well as the Supervisor level.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and facilitation skills.
    • Able to manage time effectively, prioritize and escalate appropriately.
    • Demonstrated results and experience with direct and/or indirect people management, including providing feedback, coaching, and development planning.
    • Acute attention to detail, follow-through, and results oriented.
    • Able to successfully multi-task across tactical and strategic initiatives.
