The role will support the planning, design, development and delivery of system solutions for a specific business or technology area.
Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as a point of contact for the business-specific business capability, for existing and new services to ensure that agreed services are being delivered to requirements and business user expectations and satisfaction levels are met.
- Ensure service adherence with quality, compliance and security standards and delivery of associated corrective service actions; handle and resolve customer feedback.
- Design, develop and/or deliver solutions that meet business requirements. Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
- Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Extensive experience in developing RPA Bots using Automation Anywhere platform. Experience in the latest version Automation 360 is mandatory.
- Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization Ensure quality of coded components as per defined standard
- Build re-usable components that can be leveraged across automations. Reviewing the code and the design and also guiding in the development, and integration of systems
- Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools and documenting the automation procedures.

Minimum requirements
- B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering
- 5+ years’ overall experience with at least 4+ yrs experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere platform (A360 and v11)
- Expert knowledge on AA Robotic Process Automation tools and able to manage the License management of the AA product with detail knowledge on Coding & testing of automation Anywhere modules.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Robotic Process Automation projects: Process Mapping, Business Requirements, Functional & Technical specifications, Proposals, Go-Live Release notes, Package Deployment, and Administration
- Able to manage the monitoring of workflows and if any issues required to notify the users and perform the pre-defined activities like Restart the Robots, inform the users.
- Work with the vendor support team for any product-related issues.
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and data driven mind-set. Strong written, verbal communication & presentation skills with ability to work across multiple projects in parallel.
