About the Department
Manufacturing IT is the unit responsible for many Global IT systems in Novo Nordisk including the operations, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale across business areas and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
The Position
As a Business Analyst- CSV, Application Management, you will be responsible to fulfil the following duties:
Support Novo Facilities Management Systems as delivery team by performing, ITSM – Incident Management, Problem Management, CSV (Computer System Validation), System Management team member, Project team member, Agile Release – Change Management, System Manager Delegate, Tester.
You will be responsible for the Yearly System Management activities and demonstrate pro-activeness and ownership with high level of engagement along with the Stakeholder and vendor management. You will support implementation activities and be a remote support to end users globally and a Potential onsite support for deployments as required.
• You will be involved in developing the IT system strategy with a strong focus on future of system in the organisation and a part of Compliance management.
• Periodic System Evaluation, System documentation updates will also be the focus areas.
• Change & Release management (as a coordinator) and act as a consultant for the services to manage an IT system
• Ensuring quality during update of system-related deliverables and fulfil quality requirements
• Participate actively in the system management forums, Change and Release management forums and follow the IT best practices. Active participation in COSME (Centre of System Management Excellence) summit and develop the business and management skills.
Qualifications
- You have 4+ Years of experience into GxP critical system – GCP, GMP, GAMP system (pharma systems)- IT service, pharma
- You have 2+ years of application management, Incident management, problem management CSV or computer system validation
- Service Now experience will be an added advantage
- You should have Good interpersonal skills, Excellent presentation skills and a Good team player
- You should have the ability to represent NN in relations with users and external vendors/stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written in English
- ITIL Foundation or Intermediate level certification
- Trained in Agile/SAFe methodologies
- Ability to extend work hours to accomplish project tasks
