The Job: Key responsibilities:
Provide analytical and consulting services in designing, delivering and executing projects related to Commercial Effectiveness
Pharma incentive calculation, execution, analyse and proactively share the insights and observations
Maintain CRM system data consistency quality and ensure timely update monthly data loads
Drive the continued usage of the CRM system and business processes alignment though analysis on Field activities performance and Sales force effectiveness and prepare relevant reports analysis.
Provide analysis support for Sales Force Productivity Projects, Targeting and Segmentation.
Ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality support to the stakeholders
Provide robust recommendations to management based on the data analytics
Share insights with the stakeholders as a result of the analysis
Complete ownership of the deliverables from end-to-end with a mind-set of continuous improvement and share recommendations with the manager
Drive pilot projects, track monitor progress and ensure future stabilisation
Collaborating closely with the Stakeholders to look at feedback, development opportunities
Transform business requirements into Project requirements and timely closure of deliverables
Main job tasks:
Use strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyse Pharma data including field activities, marketing Promotional data
Processing various data files into useful analysis for stakeholders
Ad-hoc reporting activities and participation in projects
Conduct quality check of various reports and analysis
Ensure documentation is recorded and maintained to deliver high quality projects
Prepare presentations and participate in meetings to deliver results and make recommendations
Get involved in projects on departmental systems, global and regional issues, as well as brand / therapeutic class related issues
Generate clear, concise and business relevant reports
Independently execute tasks/projects with minimal supervision
Develop and manage a robust business analytics platform (tools and processes) to support modelling, business case reviewing
Monitor performance for in-line products in order to optimise value of portfolio
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes
Strengthen and build GBS Marketing intellectual property position
Qualifications
We are expecting you to hold the below skills and knowledge:
- Bachelor/Master s/Engineering Degree from a well-recognized institute
- Good academic track records and grades
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Pharma industry and consulting experience is a must
- Ability to translate business problems into most efficient and effective analysis plan; execute the analysis including data pull, data preparation
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders, primarily with customers, vendors, consultants and project teams
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analyzing complex situations, collecting data, effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete, cohesive picture
- Ability to customize solution on stakeholder requests
- Proven track record developing and executing various field force commercial effectiveness projects to achieve superior results, demonstrating data-driven thinking, customer orientation, and operational excellence
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders, primarily with customers, vendors, consultants and project teams. Consulting experience a plus
- Ability to support project with collaboration, data gathering, keeping the track of milestones etc.
Functional Skills required:
- Pharma knowledge, commercial effectiveness knowledge, project support and management; digital marketing, project management
Technical skills
Must have: Strong hold on VBA, advanced Microsoft office products; Working level knowledge of IQVIA databases, IMS MIDAS; Good with PPT storyboarding advanced analytical tools
