About the department
Global IT GBS is the unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. FLIT – Systems (Finance & Legal IT) department has systems which support finance and legal processes in Novo Nordisk.
The position
The position holder is primarily responsible for managing and supporting finance/legal critical systems of NNI region and supporting System Manager in handling 2-3 systems. The Key objectives for the position are related to the areas involving daily support to Line of Business, incident management, problem management, create/update project documentation like URS, FDS and CIL, etc. Further involve in configuration of the system based on the design documents and responsible for testing activities related to development of test cases and test reports for user acceptance testing. Furthermore, will be responsible for compliance with Quality Docs, change management including system upgrades, enhancements, implementation of Sarbox controls where applicable. You will also act as a techno-functional expert and single point of contact for users/affiliates.
We Expect you to hold the below skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant technology experience with high level technical certifications (Software Engineering, Computer Science,).
- 57 years of experience with IT
- 4+years of experience into service management
- Experience in handling day to day operation and maintenance of IT systems which includes, incident management, change management and release management
- An added advantage of having worked with legal IT Systems
- Should have experience with ITIL process
- Should be flexible working in CET hours
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Good in stakeholder management
