About the Job
Data Facilitation Programmer will be responsible for delivering/supporting solution for day to day operations or technical demanding tasks, wherein innovation is a key element. Overall, the job requires an independent, innovative, committed, risk taking, ready for change and result oriented individual.
The daily work is based in CDS-GBS, Bangalore, India. The ability to work in a global context is important, as well as cultural awareness. Some travelling is expected as part of the collaboration as well as for training purposes and international meetings/conferences
Qualifications
- Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or comparable degree in computer science, Information Technology, clinical information management or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with preferably 2 years within clinical data management systems
- Have strong hands-on experience in Programming Languages preferably Python.
- Knowledge and experience on SAS, R, Power BI would be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of protocol, CRF standards, InForm Terminologies and EDC data structure
- Knowledge of computer systems, IT and clinical data process flow
- Knowledge of clinical development and basic medical terminology
- Experience in project management, collaboration, communication, and presentations skills
- Profound Knowledge of GxP and guidelines within drug development
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Quality mindset, accountable, ambitious, honest, flexible and strong analytical skills
- Good at engaging with stakeholders and strong planning/ co-ordinating abilities
- Ability to work in a diverse multi- cultural environment and bridge between different cross-functional areas
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges
