Sales Operations: Business Analysis Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and curious Sales Operations Analyst to join our team!
The goal of a Sales Operations Analyst is to unlock efficiencies and quality improvements in our operations through analysis, process design, and project management.
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting all sales operations activities, including sales reporting, and making sure sales teams are appropriately maintaining accurate sales activity records in the CRM.
Sales Operations Analyst responsibilities
You will work with a global team whose responsibilities are centered on ensuring CRM data quality and integrity. The candidate will carry the responsibilities in an internal customer-focused environment primarily collaborating with different Business Units, Finance & Marketing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks amongst others:
- Identifying areas for process improvement/automation within the current systems to help drive better efficiencies.
- Engaging in problem-solving exercises and acting as a sales operation’s liaison across functional groups (e.g., IT, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance).
- Assists with Sales Operations process management, account management, and data quality programs.
- Assists with communication and notification to different Business Units, IT support groups, and data governance core stakeholders of status problems and changes. Communication may include regular status reports to leadership.
- Work on account requests to ensure compliance with account management policy.
- Assists in monitoring and generating reports on project progress and project issues. Collates and publishes metrics data related to quality management systems for specific BUs.
- Performs periodic quality audits and runs quality reports. Able to prioritize and drive large-scale data quality projects through to completion.
- Facilitates the conducting of process audits and ensures findings are logged and tracked to closure.
- Prepares quality, standards, and performance manuals, procedures, work instructions, templates, and training materials.
Requirements
- Understanding of the IT Services industry
- Must be familiar with basic knowledge of Quality Management.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven, a recognized evangelist of the importance of data quality
- Good understanding of KPIs and other data points in support of overall data quality
- Flexibility to work with an international team across multiple time zones
- Hands-on experience with MS Office suite including, PPT, Excel, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prioritize & manage work in a fast-paced environment
Education Requirements
- MBA in Finance/Marketing/Other related domains
