Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- Maintain and manage the Global spend data, properly categorized / classified as per defined taxonomy and provide monthly updates and reports.
- Track and communicate savings achieved
- Support Indirect Sourcing s strategic sourcing projects
- Analyse RFP results and develop different award optimization scenarios to demonstrate cost of ownership and related analytics
- Support opportunity assessments and benchmarking to develop sourcing opportunities
- Review spend data, supplier analytics, volumes and rebate calculations
- Support Category directors in development and administration of supplier assessments, scorecards, and other analytics to manage supplier performance
Project management
- Procurement Analyst Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor degree required in Finance, Economics, Business or Mathematics
- 5-7 years experience within a Global procurement / sourcing organization.
- JDE and/or SAP knowledge an asset
- Knowledge of techniques and processes involved in strategic sourcing
- Mathematical and reasoning skills required for proper analysis of bids, inclusive of differential pricing analysis and total cost of ownership
- Excellent organizational skills including planning, standards of excellence, personal accountability, and managing self
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet analysis, through the use of Excel. Should be adept at using Power-point for senior management reports
- Experience manipulating data within large database systems
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and to accommodate changing priorities and situations
- Working well under pressure and with tight deadlines while maintaining strong accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
Analyst will be aligned to any of NTT GS categories and be required to work on one or more of the key areas described below:
- Monitoring and analysis of spend / purchase data and providing insightful commentaries to relevant category teams and stakeholders.
- Providing support for adhoc requests such as business review decks,
- Supporting the strategy of category directors and aid senior management in analysing and taking strategic decisions by providing fundamental background research.

- Good to have Exposure to / Knowledge about Database management systems, knowledge about big data ecosystem

- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the team and at the stakeholders / clients / suppliers)
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
- Exposure to Sourcing / Procurement function with focus on Indirects category
- Prior experience in Global Sourcing firms / consulting firms
- Open to working in Global environment and multiple time zones.
