About the Job
We are looking for a business analyst to join our project team. Main tasks will include
performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing
some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural
analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical
users.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage timesheets for all employees, including onboard resources, contract,
and freelance resources on a daily basis.
• Maintain project data including allocated monthly budgets and projected project
completion per month
• Collate the data for all employees at the end of the month and create an MIS
report that indicates project expenditures per month and compares it with the
projected project completion and allocated budgets.
Work with the project managers and Department Head to project resource
requirements based on the projected project completion and allocated budgets.
• Work on project cost estimates and resource allocation based on the estimates.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for
improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization
strategies.
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and
modernize systems.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team
members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and
producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Education and Experience
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Any Graduate or bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA.
