Job Description
The NYC Test & Treat Corps (T2) is New York City’s comprehensive program to provide COVID-19 testing, treatment and Long COVID care. The Corps provides convenient, widespread access to free testing through mobile units and at-home test kit distribution sites, as well as connections to COVID-19 treatments through its mobile Test to Treat program and the city’s COVID Hotline, 212-COVID19.
T2 is looking for Senior Operations Analyst to help ensure that the T2 program is adequately documenting systems and decisions. The Senior Operations Analyst will also help develop standard processes across operational areas including hiring and onboarding, procurement, and finance.
Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO of T2, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Collect and manage data in support of documentation for funding sources such as FEMA or OMB
- Plan and facilitate meetings with finance, legal, HR, supply chain, and other H+H departments to ensure that program is able to meet operational and business needs
- Coordinate with administrative teams, programmatic teams, and relevant vendors to ensure clear, consistent, and achievable goals are set and met
- Provide in-depth support on operational logistics including project management, team management, and vendor management
- Ensure operational systems and reporting/data structures meet programmatic needs
Minimum Qualifications
- A Masters degree or advanced clinical degree from an accredited college or university; or
- A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience gathering and documenting business, clinical, and/or functional requirements for software applications development and implementation in a clinical, allied health, non-allied health, behavioral health, information technology, information services, business, analytics or related area; or, one (1) year of experience in a relevant clinical and/or healthcare administration role/function; or
- A satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience.
- Specialty certification(s) issued by a national commercially available program, state, professional society, academic or technical institution in an area(s) listed above, may be credited on a month-to-month basis toward the required work experience for a total of one (1) year.
