Roles and Responsibilities

The Associate Order-to-Cash Analyst is in charge to follow up and support the customer ordering

to answer timely to the customer requests. He/ She is responsible for generating accurate bills, for data cleaning and revenue assurance within programs.

Key accountabilities – key result / decision areas (outcomes) :-

In liaison with the different internal and external actors of a given customer contract, the OTC Operations Analyst is responsible for main recurring OTC activities with a small or medium level of complexity based on a defined list of documented procedures.

1. During the run phase the Associate- OTC Operations Analyst is responsible for day today
OTC activities –

โ€ข Ordering capability: the customer is able to place service requests
โ€ขCommercial inventory management

โ€ข Invoice production: invoices are accurate and produced on time

โ€ข First level of cash collection: invoices are paid timely

โ€ข Customers claims are handled timely and in a professional manner

โ€ข The customer is given support to enable him to place orders and pay bills.

โ€ข Maintain up to date catalog in process and tools

โ€ข Ensure revenue assurance by implementing and/or project manager corrective and
improvement actions

2. During the implementation phase the Associate -OTC Operations Analyst is responsible for
the set up of the transitory and target solutions

โ€ข Implement and execute IMO

3. Manage all supporting functions of the OTC operations activities –

โ€ข Manage on daily basis working on billing preparation, tools evolution, re-rating, reporting, etc.
โ€ข Support ordering activities

โ€ข Implement end-to-end workflow processes from ordering to billing, ensuring process
amendments when required

โ€ข Provide accurate data and respect deadlines

โ€ข Communicate via-email and phone with internals stakeholders on his/her activities

4. Reporting

โ€ข Produce and publish reports in line with business requirements

5. Performance Management –

โ€ข Report internal KPIs to monitor OTC activities and quality

โ€ข Report and monitor on contractual OTC SLA

โ€ข Contribute to continuous improvement of the OTC activities defined by the OTC Director.

6. Knowledge Management –

โ€ข Create user guides and ensure procedure documentation is available and updated on regular
basis

โ€ข Contribute to the growth of Intellectual Capital Process by ensuring quality documentation
(accurate) is published and maintained in the relevant repositories

7. Stakeholder Management –

โ€ข Maintain Solid interlocks with the key stakeholders

8. Process Adherence & Improvement –

โ€ข Ensure compliance and adherence of the defined processes & amp; procedures standards on
his/ her contract.

โ€ข Suggest enhancement to procedures proactively.

Dimensions –

This is one of the key functions of the ABU for service delivery and revenue generation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Male Candidates only.

3-6 years of work experience in international customer billing management. i.e. Order to Cash profile activities.

Candidate should be good in Billing data analysis & communication skills.

Expert in MS Excel. Basic knowledge of MS Access

Understanding of and hands-on experience of billing activities in telecom domain

Excellent Communication Skills.

Ability to work autonomously within predefined tasks and planning.

Ability to engage and partner with internal staff/ customer as required.

Ability to work in a virtual team environment.

Proactive ,attention to detail, excellent analytical skills .

Previous experience in data management and analysis.

Fluent in English ( French is a plus)

Education, qualifications, and certifications

University Degree in business, commerce or science, diploma or certification in Computer

Applications (MS Office Suite)

Experience

2-4 years of professional experience preferably in the Telecom billing environment, data analysis

experience would be a plus.
