Position Overview

The Contracts Analyst is responsible for the preparation and delivery of statements of work. The Contracts Analyst uses strong communication skills and acts as a liaison among the Finance, Sales, Account/Project Management, and other operating departments within OCHIN.

The Analysts must have high attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, be prepared to take on new responsibilities to support the organization, and have a proven track record of driving process improvement. The position also requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain a personal rapport with internal and external members and stakeholders. In addition, the Sr. Contracts Analyst will work closely with the CXO and other leaders to support the revenue goals of the organization.


COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Essential Duties

  • The careful preparation, revision, and performance of professional services contracts and statements of work (SOW) including oversight of the quality assurance of the statements of work content including pricing
  • Drive process improvement surrounding statements of work
  • Continue to build as well as maintain a library of template statements of work
  • Support the adherence to the processes across the departments and team
  • Maintaining an understanding and knowledge of OCHIN’s diverse product and service offerings and pricing structures
  • Maintaining an understanding and knowledge of OCHIN products billing/invoicing
  • Ensure fees accurately reflect OCHIN’s current pricing for products and services
  • Assist in consolidating, analyses, and reports; reconciling, validating, and ensuring consistency of data and reports
  • Collect and analyze data in support of business case creation and realization
  • Other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in an Administrative, contracting, procurement role, or other relevant experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM net (may be assessed)
  • Intermediate skills in Excel
  • Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Air Table is a plus
  • High diligence and accuracy are required
