Responsibilities…
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Ensuring execution of quality deliverables within established schedules.
- Collaborating with teams across the customer organization to improve processes, results, and customer experience.
- Ensuring the organization and processes remain aligned with customer policies and external directive.
- Conducting training sessions for onboarded order entry teams
- Central point for answering questions related to ordering processes.
Requirements…
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must have previous experience in telecommunications.
- Able to support and help implement project metrics for scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Able to use project management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint and capacity models.
- Experience leveraging data and metrics to help drive decision making.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and demonstrable team building skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and productively with senior government officials.
- Strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative, dynamic work environment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience implementing Agile and/or Lean concepts.
- Experience leading training sessions of 5-10 people.
- Prior experience working with VA or other federal organizations a plus.
Years of Experience: Must have 5 years of relevant experience, including telecommunications experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field. An additional 8 years of experience may be substituted for in lieu of degree.
Location: Remote within the United States. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
Clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance. Must be eligible to work in the US.
