Job Location: Vasai, Bhayandar, Mumbai (All Areas)

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Coordination and Business Development contributor to help us to expand our clientele in the fields of printed packaging products.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Business Development Contributor for our products, who shall be responsible for lead generation, prospect identification and prospect engagement, creating & winning proposals and pricing negotiations.
  • Responsible for Business Development activities, Business growth, Market research as well as analysis and Revenue generation.
  • Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain sales and business development opportunities.
  • To courier them our Handy-guide (Our Product Guide) and Samples and seek business enquiries.
  • To plan Tours based on the requirement for Business Generation.
  • Sales forecast and review of available business orders in pipeline.

2. Business Coordination

  • Efficiently manage existing client relationships and evolve new ways to effectively service them. A satisfied client is your objective.
  • Ensuring continuous increase in share of business existing clients allocated to you
  • To timely co-ordinate with all departments viz. our plant, quality & finance team to establish smooth functioning between existing client and our organisation. Provide correct & trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Preparing quotation and commercial proposals
  • Negotiating and re-negotiating submitted quotation by phone, email, and in person and converting it in purchase orders.
  • Monitoring and timely realisation of client receivables.
  • Sales forecast and review of available business orders in pipeline.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven work experience in customer support services & client co-ordination.
  • Proven working experience in business development, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Work, Excel and data mining for lead database building.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Ability to Influence and Negotiate.
  • Aggressive and focused on generating Business.
  • Passion for travelling and meeting prospective clients.
  • To observe and understand our manufacturing process at Plant level and adopt the technical aspects of our products.
