Job Description
The Complaint Training and Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data for the purposes of monitoring the health of the complaint system and training process. The Complaint Training and Data Analyst has responsibility for running reports, summarizing the results of data analyses in written reports, performing quantitative analyses on collected data, making recommendations, and performing follow-up inquiries/work. The Analyst is also responsible for reviewing, editing, testing, and performing assignment analysis for the Global Complaint Training Program.
Job Duties
- Responsible for authoring monthly updates, report outs of metrics.
- Work with Reporting Team to create dashboards for tracking metrics and performance and report out with visualization.
- Interpret data, perform quantitative analyses, and make recommendations to Center of Excellence (CoE) and Market Quality (MQ) Management regarding findings, data collection and quality issues, and follow-up inquiries/work.
- Create and provide weekly analysis of LMS training reports for MQ and CoE.
- Retrieve employee information such as PER#s, assignment completion dates.
- Track training related CAPA activities and execute report requests and data analysis to support CAPAs and ad-hoc requests.
- Complete training content ‘technical writing’ review for new and updated procedures and courses.
- Execute stage / pre-production training course UAT testing.
- Run reports and complete training program learner analysis vs system access.
- Manage training evaluation creation, data collection, and data analysis for global complaint program.
- Responsible for job aid development, change impact analysis and sustainment.
- Manage vendor and requisition procurement process.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree or high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience required.
- Some travel may be required.
- Occasional late night or early morning meetings with international team business partners.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in Medical Device Quality Compliance in the medical device industry preferred but not required.
- Possess a high degree of self-reliance, initiative, and analytical skills. Proficient in data analytic and visualization tools. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications.
- Knowledge of FDA medical device regulations desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerBI.
