The Manager of Marketing and Business Intelligence is responsible to plan, coordinate, execute and manage all of Omni’s marketing and business intelligence functions. By establishing intuitive reporting methodologies, performing ad-hoc market analysis and developing actionable recommendations, the position combines modern marketing techniques with industry data to drive success.

The Manager of Marketing and Business Intelligence is responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of success for all marketing strategies and campaigns. The role operates as a central coordination function across the organization to ensure cohesive brand awareness and messaging.

The Manager of Marketing and Business Intelligence is routinely assigned ad-hoc projects and will administer, prepare updates and reports as required.

The Manager of Marketing and Business Intelligence reports to the Director of Business Development and Marketing. The positon also provides support services to the VP of Business Planning and Strategy and the Director of Commercial Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Marketing
    • Central figure for all internal and external marketing and communication efforts.
    • Maintain and update materials as necessary to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment.
    • Primary liaison between Omni Air International marketing and ATSG marketing.
    • Represent Omni Air International at conferences and events around the world.
    • Produces digital media content that builds and sustains awareness.
    • Develops marketing strategies and establishes and maintains liaison with various internal and external partners to ensure success.
    • Develops and implements advertising campaigns to attract new business.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key social media audiences.
    • Maintain a working knowledge with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and digital content creation and measurement.

  • Business Intelligence
  • Establish intuitive reporting methodologies, perform ad-hoc market analysis as required to support strategy and analyze performance for informed business development decisions.
  • Analyze new business opportunities. Based on data findings, develop recommendations for new business.
  • Continuously produce actionable information for the Commercial group in support of customer retention and development.
  • Coordinate with the Commercial group to ensure timely and accurate reporting is contained in identified databases and proper reports are created from such data.
  • Provides relevant industry data and analysis across the OAI corporate structure.
  • Provide data input for ad-hoc quotes.

  • Reporting
    • Identify and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to determine Return on Investment (ROIs) for all marketing and business development projects.
    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns against KPIs in regular intervals.
    • Maintain and track competitor analysis database to include fleet trends and marketing activities.
    • Analyze company fleet trends and historic aircraft utilization for commercial planning purposes.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned
