The Role
The Senior Analyst Lending Optimization will be a analytics and strategy partner with operations and execution teams across the organization to optimize loan production and outcomes.
The individual will collaborate with a team to generate and apply complex data analysis to make recommendations and adjustments to OneMain’s operating model. They will balance a challenging set of priorities and deliver results in a high-paced environment and work closely with the Analytics department in cross-functional, enterprise projects.
This individual’s skills will enable them to be versatile. They can be successful leading various types of functions or initiatives across multiple disciplines of our business. They bring new ways of thinking, data sources, technologies and capabilities to our business.
Responsibilities
- Define and inform adjustments to operating model that optimize customer experience, efficiency and loan production based on complex statistical analysis
- Partners regularly with other leaders to define business priorities, align talent and resources appropriately and communicate progress to executive management
- Understand the data environment to appropriately prioritize and set expectations for key reporting, modeling and analytical priorities
- Draw conclusions and influences at all levels of the organization
- Effectively prioritize competing initiatives across direct reports; translate strategic priorities and manages expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in complex, data-driven problem solving
- Experience working with senior operations leaders and collaboration across teams
