About the company:

Our partner is an international payments fintech company that provides payment products and services. The company was founded in London in the 1970’s. Its clients include corporations, financial institutions, and individuals and it has a footprint in the United Kingdom, North America, Europe, Brazil, Hong Kong, and the United Arab Emirates. This is a new and exciting role within the Business Development department.

About You

We are seeking a dynamic sales operations analyst to help our growing sales team understand the market better, pick up on trends, provide market research, help update messaging to resonate with the market and ideal customer profiles, and leverage data to make business decisions. Experience working in startups or in a financial services business is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis and organize findings
  • Help us understand the current product market fit, customer demographics interests, and factors influencing product demand
  • Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects (dials/email)
  • Optimize current campaigns and channels to drive better results
  • Create reports with graphs illustrating data and written text explaining complex findings

Skills

  • Strong with excel. Creating graphs, charts, modeling data
  • Familiarity with BI tools is a plus. I.e. Looker, Tableau, Power BI
  • Run daily/weekly/monthly reports analyzing current channels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to work
  • Ability to project manage and meet deadlines
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Strong teamwork working across teams and decision-makers

Experience

  • 3+ years of work experience in a sales operations analyst-type role
  • Prior experience in a startup environment (preferred but not required)
  • Prior experience in financial services, sales ops, or sales (preferred but not required)

Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position. The job is expected to be office-based in our Chicago office.
