As a result of continued growth, OneSky has a career opportunity for a Project Coordinator. The Project Manager develops and oversees highly visible projects that are key to OneSky’s success and ongoing expansion. This position drives the coordination, implementation, execution and completion of multiple projects by working closely with the IT team and the business to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with project sponsors to develop project goals and define project scope
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Actively seek collaboration and build relationships with internal customers and external partners to improve overall outcomes and timely project completion
- Gain cooperation and commitment from people through influence
- Monitor project progress and communicate with stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage changes as they occur and adapt as necessary
- Anticipate customer expectations and effectively communicate program information (status, risks, financials, etc) and respond to both planned and unplanned queries
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Computer Science preferred)
- Minimum of two years of Project Coordination or BA experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel required
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to excel in an Agile work environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills that promote and foster a team culture
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and experience in communicating with different levels throughout an organization
- Ability to respond well under pressure and manage stress
A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Prior experience in travel or aviation industries
- A pilot’s license or currently pursuing a pilot’s license
