Primary Responsibilities

  • This position will work closely with the senior managements to help drive reporting strategies for Commercial Operations businesses
  • Focus on the continued development, maintenance, and support of the Program Performance Review
  • Focus on the evolution of integrated metrics reporting, including coordinating with the key stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Focus on identifying and solving reporting issues/gaps/needs for Commercial Operations businesses
  • Focus on identifying efficiencies for business reporting and possible automations
  • Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions
  • Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
  • Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems
  • Become expert at the Data visualization Tools like Power BI, Tableau etc. to assist developers/team members/client management on current products and new initiatives
  • Creating tools to store data within the organization. Maintain and enhance the team SharePoint site
  • Regular and dynamic business reporting initiatives
  • Collaborate with Business, Business Partners, Architects and Process Leads to elaborate on the requirements
  • Understands how the MIS solution supports the Business Process End2End. Has process and business landscape expertise in Healthcare
  • Analyze main business processes and requirements and translate into business reporting solutions
  • Maintain reporting backlogs with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints
  • Develop user reports/dashboards (both functional and system operational requirements) and work with client/stakeholders on elaboration and ambiguity resolution
  • Ongoing validation of deliverables against requirements
  • Flexibly respond to shifting business needs and priorities
  • Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements
  • Train key users and ensure availability of training and support materials
  • Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Creates formal networks involving coordination among global work groups
  • Analyzes business requirements and creates process dashboards
  • Participates in client/ external interactions on MIS reporting matters
  • Understands the client/stakeholder’s projects, confirms the feasibility of the automation for the processes in scope, and defines the stages needed to develop automation
  • Understand the client/stakeholder’s requirement by studying the business process and SOP documents
  • Prepares flow charts and systems diagrams to assist in problem analysis
  • Evaluate processes and provide recommendations for automation enhancements
  • Support full lifecycle implementation of the RPA project including Analysis, documentation, User manual creation training and Post implementation support
  • Identify tasks with automation potential together with production teams and customers and implement automation with RPA and other applicable technologies
  • Participate in interactions with customers/stakeholders as a subject matter expert
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information in a logical and coherent manner
  • Preparing business cases, feasibility studies, Functional specifications, and requirements statements
  • Process Mapping and Documentation / Liaise with relevant stakeholders to review possible improvements to processes and procedures
  • Ensure that the relevant groups are fully briefed with respect to requirements relating to support and change management
  • Understand business requirements, document them in standard formats, obtain business user approval and work them seamlessly into the existing framework
  • Plan and responsible for quality testing including unit, integrity, and user acceptance
  • Able to complete assignment with minimal direction (self-starter)
  • Maintains excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with customers/stakeholders and Leadership team

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Some knowledge/exposure to PowerBI, SSRS, SSIS
  • Good understanding of VBA to build and maintain macros/automations of excel based reports and applications
  • Extensive skills on MS Excel and well versed in functions like (VLOOKUP, IF, AND, CONCATENATE, COUNTIFS, RANK, SUMIFS, TODAY etc.)
  • Outstanding skills in MS PowerPoint, able to create exceptional presentations while Integrating MS office charts data etc. in PowerPoint presentation
  • Ability to be responsible for handling active role in data analysis and interpretation. Identifying, analyzing and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into clear business requirements and our capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter who works well both independently and with cross-functional teams, is detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and has the ability to work well with all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SQL/MS Access
  • Experience with Tableau Desktop and able to work with large data sets, analyzing data, extracting relevant information, and produce user-friendly reports and dashboards in Tableau for users
