The Operational Data Analytics team at Solutran is responsible for reporting and analyzing utilizing various data sources to provide data-driven decision support for the Operations team. We use data and analytics to uncover customer and operational insights. The team uses various advanced tools for data management, reporting and advanced analytics.
As a Data Analytics Grad Intern with Solutran, you will be responsible for:
Primary Responsibilities
- Reporting and extracting data for various reports and analyses
- Analyzing data patterns to help provide data-driven insights for the business
- Pulling data from multiple systems to clean and analyze
- Supporting the data analytics team with various projects pertaining to operational business needs
- Creating dashboards showing business trends and customer insights

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a graduate degree in business analytics, data analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, business administration or related field
- Will be actively enrolled in a graduate degree program throughout the duration of the internship (at least through the end of August 2023)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SQL, R or Python
- Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience manipulating large datasets
- Experience in predictive analysis with machine learning/statistical modeling
