Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Operational and Product partners with operational insights into performance
- Build and maintain reporting and BI tools to measure client, program, and process performance
- Support environment of collaboration with others, remaining flexible to changing business needs, and is accountable to others with action items and deliverables
- Learn operational documentation and available data for reporting and ad-hoc needs
- Work with business partners to create business metrics and performance indicators
- Creates reporting and gives insights on operational processes to highlight opportunities and drive improvement with operational performance, efficiency, or effectiveness
- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational skills

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years equivalent experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
- 1+ years experience designing and developing Tableau reporting
- 1+ years experience with developing/writing SQL queries
- 2+ years experience using Excel to manipulate and/or report data
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with exploring new databases and database update processes
- Experience in requirements gathering, and developing/writing technical documentation

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $54,400 to $97,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $60,000 to $106,700.
