As a Business Process Analyst at Optum Bank, you will be accountable for ensuring that the daily investment record keeping process runs smoothly and that all investment transactions are submitted and settled timely and accurately. The position will also be responsible for researching and responding to customer service escalations pertaining to investments, building additional investment plans for new business, and assisting with any investment related projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily record keeping process
- Distribute dividends to account holders per the fund’s direction
- Audit the daily accrual rates to ensure we are paying accrual dividends accurately
- Research and respond to customer service escalations
- Work with relationship management to provide the most current investment performance data
- Provide customized reporting upon request to sales and relationship management team
- Assist Sr. Analysts with various Investment related projects

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of financial experience
- 3+ years banking or financial experience
- 3+ years of operational experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
