Within the Analytic Insights team, our goal is the improve the performance of Payment Integrity analytics through a combination of Ad Hoc and Long Term projects. Doing this requires a deep understanding of claims data, the analytic product landscape and the healthcare industry. It also requires a curious mind, striving to identify trends and solve problems.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Clearly communicating with the Business to identify project requirements and parameters
- Identifying the best data source
- Extracting, formatting and analyzing large sets of data
- Applying critical thinking and industry knowledge to the results
- Developing actionable Insights based on findings
- Presenting results to Business leaders

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Math, Statistics or similar
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, conduct root cause analysis and present findings
- Proficiency with SQL and/or SAS
- Proficiency with Excel
- Ability to communicate analytical processes and results to both business leaders and other analysts at an appropriate level of detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree
- An understanding of different AI/ML processes
- Experience with Python or R
- Experience with big data tools and technologies
- Experience with Tableau
- Solid attention to detail
- Track record of applying data-driven insights to improve performance

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado/Connecticut/Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
