Primary Responsibilities
- Create Operational, financial or incentive reporting for external clients in Tableau, PowerBI, DOMO and/or SQL
- Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
- Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
- Review the analysis and interpretation of others’ work and coordinate with your own work
- Develop ad-hoc client and operational reports; production reports where needed
- Serve as project lead or team lead, ensure projects are completed on time with high accuracy
- Mentor junior level analysts, elevate skills across the team

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data or business analysis
- 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements from the client or business
- 5+ years writing complex SQL queries
- 2+ years direct or indirect leadership experience
- Expert proficiency in two or more Business Intelligence software tools (Tableau, DOMO, PowerBI, SSRS, Alteryx, Databricks, cloud etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree
- Design/UI experience
- Experience leading a development team
- Healthcare experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
