Primary Responsibilities:
- Acquire data from various sources internally/externally to the target ecosystem
- Work with business users/other onshore stakeholders, understand requirements and document appropriately
- Understand business requirements, translate into tech specifications, and come up with solution, estimate, and design
- Create and maintain SQL scripts and packages using SSIS
- Design develop and implement Database schema, Tables and Views
- Design, develop and transform the data to load into the data warehouse
- Develop SQL/ETL code per technical specifications and business requirements
- Data modeling using unstructured and structured data
- Develops and maintains documentation as needed
- Work with Architects and review the approach/design/code
- Administration, configuration, and support and subject area like datamarts
- Processes security requests
- Follows organization change management and version control procedures
- Manages and is accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
- Impact of work is most often at the local level

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
- 12 years of experience
- 10+ years of Data Integration/ETL/SQL development experience, preferably in healthcare domain
- In-depth experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in complex SQL development leveraging analytics functions
- Experience in Star Schema / Dimensional Modeling to support data warehouse environments
- Experience in optimizing complex SQL/ETL processes
- Ability to create complex scripts to align with defined business requirements
- Actively collaborate and share responsibilities with other teams including mentoring junior team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
