Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform marketing analytics & independent modeling work to support and drive insights for campaigns by leveraging AI / ML data science techniques
- Understand the business partnerโs needs and bringing solutions to the table to drive outcomes and articulating clearly to business partners
- Build relationships with business partners to support campaign efforts for member level marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams
- Discover insights hidden in large data sets and work with stakeholders to improve business outcomes
- Design marketing tests end-to-end, including strategy, A/B test design, incorporate predictive tools, and back-end measurement and insights
- Assist in the development of project-specific study protocols (or abbreviated analysis plans)
- Lead our efforts to develop standard programs and related processes to efficiently build analytic datasets to support program evaluations and health care research

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs/Masterโs Degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience programming in Python with PySpark (using JupyterHub), SQL, Hadoop cluster
- 7+ years of experience supporting health services, health economics, and outcomes research
- 7+ years of experience with administrative claims data, EHR/EMR data, or complex relational health care databases required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience using large administrative claims assets from health plan/payers
- 7+ years of experience establishing and developing standard process and programs to improve quality and increase efficiency of research using real-world data
- Development experience on Big Data engineering and advanced analytic solution with machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
- Proficiency in executing multi-step data management and analysis tasks including creating data dictionaries and specification documents from research protocols
