This analyst is responsible for evaluating, defining, and communicating all business requirements to developers and quality engineers. The analyst constantly interacts with product management, SMEs, developers, and QA to ensure that what is developed meets commercial client’s needs and that all questions and issues are resolved as quickly as possible to minimize development time and ensure quality. The analyst is also responsible for answering client questions and issue resolution.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Write detailed software requirements that follow project guidelines required to develop written programs
- Work with software developers and quality engineers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly
- Attend daily team SCRUM meetings as part of the business/product team
- Write and maintain user guides and other client communications
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding all defined target goals and milestone dates for the project in order to ensure its overall success
- Solve complex problems and conducts complex analyses
- Convey complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others
- Work with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
- Understanding of Commercial Software development and delivery, solid knowledge base of web-based application installation, troubleshooting and deployments

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or IT Development
- 3+ years of experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / System Development Life Cycle
- 3+ years of experience translating business requirements into a detailed system specification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree
- Experience troubleshooting hospital/facility medical records coding software
- Healthcare industry experience
- Release management skills
- Commercial software help desk experience
- Experience with troubleshooting .NET Web Applications
- Agile software development/scrum team experience (Supports the product management process)
- RALLY software experience
- Experience facilitating Joint Requirements Planning (JRP) sessions
- Experience working with test plans and test cases
- Relational database experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
