Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad
In this role, the person would be interacting with senior leadership team to drive participate on important and complex projects. The person would also be responsible to understand the business requirements and develop logical and physical data models to represent data in the system.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Sets direction, resolves problems, provide guidance and review work of team members
- Oversee work activities of other supervisors (business end)
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
- Provide innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from unstructured, diverse datasets
- Applies knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling, simulation and advanced mathematics to recognize patterns, identify opportunities
- Pose business questions and make valuable discoveries leading to prototype development and product improvement
- Responsible for collaborating with business architects and data analysts to resolve gaps between the reporting requirements and BI design specifications and ensuring these decisions are documented
- Developing and mentoring project team both onshore and offshore and deployment of the solution in production
- Pro-actively manages technical inter-dependencies across all the teams inside F&A

Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years vverall of experience for leading a Financial Data Management team of 40-50 FTE supporting multiple applications segments and also will have Individual contributor responsibilities working on different projects.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Business Intelligent Architect
- 2-3 years of ML modeling experience in Reports Analytics team – preferably in healthcare domain
- Works with analytics statistical softwares such as SQL, Python, Hadoop, R, Machine Learning Modeling and others to perform analysis and interpret data
- Proficiency in basic statistical techniques (like data clustering, Significance Testing, Exploratory data Analysis & data treatment, Data Charting) and Professional Visualization (like Tableau, Power BI, etc).
- Good understanding of Enterprise Data warehouse, data models and utilizing data integration tools like SSIS Talend
- Demonstrable experience in dimensional data modeling for financial data
- Good understanding of financial metrics and ability to leverage forecasting decision to design, develop and validate statistical models
- Manipulate data from varying sources to highlight patterns, anomalies, relationships and trends.
- High level understanding of Web Technologies, SAS, Healthcare Finance domain, Hyperion, VBA, MS-Access
- Excellent communication and project management skills
