Primary Responsibilities:
- Works with Business users, Domain Architects and Software Engineers to document requirements and technical specifications
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to create complex SQL/PLSQL queries to research new business requirements as well as research and identify production issues
- Expertise in designing, documenting, and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements
- Good understanding of OSAM/Agile methodology
- Familiar with various technologies including Rabbit MQ, Kafka, MySQL, Java, API
- Ability to understand and perform updates to entity relationship diagrams/data model
- Ability to create and maintain process flow diagrams in Visio
- Ability to create and maintain data mapping documents using MS Excel
- Ability to create and maintain UI mockups using Balsamiq Mockups
- Ability to consume high-level design documents and break them down into user stories to be consumed and implemented by the engineers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving debugging skills
