Primary Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform client contract tracing to identify reporting contractual obligations and identify for business reporting teams
- Clearly identify report requirements based on both contractual business needs and operational management needs
- Perform quality checks on repots to validate and confirm it meets business needs
- Design, develop, test, and document requested changes to new and existing reports
- Pull ad-hoc reports/exports to validate data flows and system functionality
- Develop expert-level understanding of systems and data flows to better support and understand business
- Collaborate with team to identify opportunities for improved reporting
- Utilize data to make recommendations related to risk mitigation, refined volume forecasting, and improved process flows
- Create final submission of supplemental data, in accordance with health plan requirements
- Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution to any/all system issues affecting team
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them
- Serves as a resource to staff, answering questions and assisting with department informatics, reporting and trending, and workflow/operational issues
- Works with internal and external department customers to define and document requirements to enrich reporting capabilities
- Develops systematic reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of reporting to team, management and external clients
- Troubleshoots data integrity issues, analyzes data for completeness to meet business goals and trending
- Supports complex projects that require cross functional coordination

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field required (4+ years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree)
- 4+ years of related experience in a reporting and analytic role
- 1+ years of experience developing process flows and/or forecast models
- 1+ years of experience in a managed care environment
- Experience researching data needs, determining scope, and reporting feasibility while communicating with various levels of leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and or experience with reading and interpreting contracts related to Healthcare relationship

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree
- PMO/Project Management Certification
- Six Sigma Certified
- 5+ years of combined experience with development and testing related to reporting and analysis
- Experience in Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid
- Working knowledge of Snowflake interface
- Working knowledge of ThoughtSpot
- Ability to adapt in a challenging dynamic atmosphere
- Ability to learn quickly and produce high-quality work
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, explain methods, and interpret findings
- Manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet non-negotiable deadlines
- Track record of applying data-driven insights to improve performance
- Excellent critical thinking and problem problem-solving skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
