Designs, develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.

Interacts with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a data driven, results-oriented, data analyst to support the growth of our supply chain hardware business. The successful candidate will be passionate about data and the value it provides in driving educated business decisions and ultimately, improve efficiency. The candidate will have consistent track record of success working with large data volumes and supporting analytical projects. They will take pride in their work, be self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they will have strong communication skills both written and verbally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver data and analytics for Supply Chain Finance team
  • Create finance management reporting and enable data visualization
  • Responsible for tracking key supply chain performance metrics and purchase commitments

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years working experience in technology and/or supply chain type functions
  • Customer-service approach to data requirements supporting the business
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Proven track record working independently, remotely and with cross-functional teams
  • Strong intuition for business and ability to manage through change
  • Self-directed, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Great follow-through skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Visual Basic, and data virtualization tools is preferred
