Job Location: Mumbai
- Manage , Drive and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the service support Team
- Define execute delivery strategies, processes, procedures, guidelines, tools, methods
- Coordinate with Billing, IT and NAM team to solve the Billing Anomalies.
- Govern the Data Loading Task Audit work by team
- Ensure team performs Clean up activity of Field and Logistics Intervention data by checking Active
Contract for Billable and Non Billable tasks
- Monitor Control Corrective actions in the errors related to IMAC activity i.e
Installation / Modification / Addition and Cessation task from Internal tools like CUBS, FLIP etc
- Monitor all activities managed by team and publish MIS to Management
- To establish and embed formal Data Governance processes within existing and future data
Management processes
- To identify opportunities in data quality, and drive initiatives to address data quality issues
- Consult and Guide team and stakeholders in e2e data management including analysis, and digitalizing work around the data
- Build a robust data governance framework to drive improvement in data quality
- Support the delivery of the Data Management communications plan to help establish a cultural change in how data is perceived and managed in the functions and by stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with team and stakeholders to establish and drive best Data Quality practice
- Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards
- Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements
- Induct industry best standard Data Management and Governance processes, and initiate Data Quality initiatives
- Develop team of A data steward who are responsible for carrying out data usage and policies as determined through organisation’s initiatives, liaise between IT department and function
- Lead, Develop highly skilled and high performing team of data management
- Retain and attract talents in the Data Management and Analytics
Skills and Competencies
- Recognized Data Management qualification as DAMA Certified Data Management Professional, Data Governance Stewardship Professional, Certified Master Data Management Professional
- Experience embedding Data Management Governance processes and standards
- Experience leading an ambitious, progressive data management team
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to be credible, knowledgeable and a positive representative of the Data Management Function
- Experience of leading projects and good understanding of various project management techniques around data management, digital or else
- Experience in delivering data quality initiatives that resulted in efficiencies, business value, benefits
- Varied and detailed knowledge in Data Management areas such as Data Quality, Data Migration, Data Analysis, Data Governance etc.
- Knowledge of one or more Data Governance or Data Quality tools
