OTC Data Analyst: Field Services and Supply Chain International

About the role
Data Analyst for International Field Services (FS) and Supply Chain (SC)
Volume Owner for all in-scope OTC Standard Factory Services (44 at May 2022)
Definition, monitoring, maintenance and continual improvement of underlying business rules, complexity factors and cost distribution methodology.
Monthly production cycle including but not limited to:
Gather, consolidate, submit and validate global activity volumes from source reports and databases (Dispatch, appointment, part transaction and install base for CSO, OCD, OCB, OINIS etc.)
Report to Field Services Steering Committee, Finance and IBO Leadership the evolutions and areas of concern at global, region, customer and Line-of-Business levels, working with Business Owners to address where necessary
Key contributor to annual budget and high-level forecasts:
Ownership and continual improvement of cost-vs-activity budgetary methodology
Creation of complex input files for trend comparison and forecasting
Provide deep insights across end-to-end FS and SC activities and costs
Production and validation of Unit Costs for Pre-Sales
Definition and leadership of data quality improvement and automation initiatives stemming from monthly production and regular reviews with Customer Account, Data Management, Regional, Process and Product stakeholders
Perform FLIP data quality audits
Define and manage OTC change requests
About you
Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Business Analysis-related field
5+ years experience in global operations environment
Knowledge and experience of working directly with OTC highly desirable
Proven expert-level MS Excel skills
Ability to create and communicate C-level presentation materials in English
Independent management of multiple complex topics in parallel
People skills and ability to communicate with, engage and challenge stakeholders internally and externally at all levels and across different cultures and nationalities
Ability to think creatively, logically and independently to solve problems and motivate others towards change
