Reporting to: Manager, WW Sales Management Support, India
Experience: 6+ years of industry experience in Sales/Marketing Operations
1. Understands the Quote to Cash processes and systems very well knows the implications of the system and process changes being done
2. Brings good understanding on SaaS working model. Prior experience in this area will be preferred
3. Experience working in CRM applications namely SFDC, CPQ etc.,
4. Ability to learn other enterprise systems quickly, with little or no guidance
5. Passion for competition and the ability to maintain personable working relationships with all internal and external customers
6. Exceptional communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail
7. Understands Agile or Scrum methodologies in project management area
8. Ability to initiate process improvement plans and drive for change
9. Has very good MS Office skills – working with Excel data, effective PowerPoint presentations creation, Word based business case creation
10. Flexibility in work timings
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
• Training, Certifications in Salesforce will be preferable
• Agile Project Management knowledge – any certifications would be an add-on Preferred
Skills Knowledge and experience on one or more of the below applications: • SFDC • SAP BI • MS Office (Intermediate) • Oracle11i (optional)”
