Overview:
OSI Systems, Inc. has three operating divisions: (a) Security, providing security and inspection systems, turnkey security screening solutions and related services; (b) Healthcare, providing patient monitoring, diagnostic cardiology and anesthesia systems; and (c) Optoelectronics and Manufacturing, providing specialized electronic components and electronic manufacturing services for original equipment manufacturers with applications in the defense, aerospace, medical and industrial markets, among others.

Responsibilities:
- Work with various internal customers to understand business and dashboard/reporting requirements
- Work with other team members to design and architect BI solutions to meet customer needs
- Design dashboards with emphasis on overall report functionality and ensure smooth user experience with respect to aesthetics and performance
- Conduct appropriate source data analysis
- Leverage existing data warehouse and various datasets as needed
- Communicate with management on additional data needs and work with various IT teams to prepare required dataset.
- Responsible for providing relevant project documentation
Qualifications:
- Have a “consultant” mindset – ability to understand customer’s business and gather requirements
- 3-6 years of BI development experience (especially Microsoft PowerBI)
- Ability to develop PowerBI reports using DAX, Power Query, and SQL
- Good understanding of data warehousing data model (star schema)
- Additional preferred skillset: Microsoft BI tools – SSIS, SSAS, Azure Data Factory
- Thorough understanding of dimensional modelling (aka star schema), Microsoft PowerBI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in working with customers in requirements gathering
- Excellent data analysis skill
Relevant years of Experience: 5 yrs
Educational qualification:
- BE / B .Tech Ability to design a BI solution using various Microsoft tools.
