Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute annual Dealer Goals.
  • Manage the Standards of Excellence program including annual program updates, completion status reports, dealer progress reports, and communications to Peterbilt Dealers.
  • Manage and maintain Peterbilt Dealer performance data from internal departments and other PACCAR Divisions including, PACCAR Parts, PacLease and PFC.
  • Provide analysis and performance data for Peterbilt dealers based on financial statements, truck, parts, service, finance, and leasing results.
  • Utilize data analytics, including statistical tools, to identify and solve complex business scenarios.
  • Produce and distribute ad-hoc and routine reports which indicate the performance and growth of each Peterbilt dealer.
  • Manage and support Peterbilt’s Customer Satisfaction program.
  • Publish and maintain Dealer Development related content on PACCAR.net.
  • Identify and complete department Six Sigma project initiatives.
  • Create presentations for senior management as needed.


Skills / Competencies

  • 5+ years previous full time work experience strongly preferred
  • Technically savvy, ability to quickly learn complex software
  • Strong software skills including Tableau, R and Python (or equivalent business intelligence tools)
  • Microsoft Excel (including automating processes using code), Access, and PowerPoint required
  • High attention to detail, results-driven work ethic, and strong analytical and statistical skills are essential
  • Ability to interpret and visually represent complex data
  • Outstanding problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to develop trusting business relationships
  • Ability to work independently with a remote team and work cross functionally with other departments and divisions
  • Knowledge of RL Polk and other industry data a plus
  • Up to 5% travel required


Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field required.
