Requisition Summary
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for Connected Vehicle Services is responsible for promoting how PACCAR Parts is revolutionizing the vehicle ownership experience with the development of innovative services delivered to connected-enabled vehicles.
We are looking for a strong data personality to enhance existing commercial relationships and find new market opportunities through data analysis to add value to our end customers.
Position is located in Renton, WA.

Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Provide insights, recommendations and identify business opportunities from data analysis to develop the Connected Vehicle Services portfolio and roadmap
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the connected services product area
- Work with internal business partners and technology teams to drive customer value and identify monetization opportunities
- Setup and management of Connected Vehicle Services processes
- Report progress and performance of Business Intelligence Platforms, including supporting the transition of dashboards to new technology.
- Aligns Connected Services strategy, pricing, processes, and systems with PACCAR Divisions
- Write processes using SQL in data lake to support Business Intelligence projects
- Effectively communicate across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, MIS or related field.
- Proficient with SQL
- Passion for data quality, governance, and visualization best practices.
- Knowledge of relational database management systems.
- Proven ability to drive high-impact results
- Understanding of key drivers of the aftermarket parts business, including part replacement rates, key competitors, substitution alternatives, maintenance/repair practices, and service requirements
- Experience in the following but not limited to eCommerce, subscription-based services, engineering, dealer service, purchasing, product marketing
- Ability to work successfully and collaboratively within a cross-functional business environment with a demonstrated ability to succeed
- Candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, and excellent general business acumen, with the ability to concisely communicate complex topics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior-level management
- Outgoing, highly organized, and energetic self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, MIS or related field; or professional certifications such as CFA, CBIP, or MSCE in Business Intelligence.
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with Python or R
- Familiarity with cloud storage and compute on AWS
- Experience in Agile delivery
