Requirements
Who you are?
The work we do is fast-paced, demanding, and intellectually challenging. We are looking for dynamic candidates with an interest in technology and publishing. You will need strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organization and time-management skills. You will need to be proactive in troubleshooting and problem-solving, upbeat, enthusiastic, and motivated. You will be a demonstrated self-starter who is focused and calm under pressure.
We’re looking for graduates with a degree in computer science/Information technology, good presentation and, excellent communication skills.
What you’ll do?
- Publishing Packt products on the Packt website as per the plan shared by the Content team.
- Automate repetitive processes identified by the Management using languages like Java and Selenium
- Should be capable of creating/testing/working on XML / HTML / EPUB files independently
- Should be capable of Validating and Ensuring the correctness of the EPUB package before dispatch of the file
- Distributing Packt products like books, videos, courses, and so on to all the external clients as per the given SLA.
- Designing contents, assessment questions, exercise considering delivery method as e-learning.
- Should have knowledge of SCORM compliance
- Understand the customer LMS requirement & customize the SCORM package as required
- Research on various other E-Learning development products
- Getting the titles On Sale on Packt and external client websites as early as possible
- Training team members for new as well as old clients and processes.
- Updating guidelines of all the channels and processes.
- Tracking and maintaining reports for titles distributed to channels.
- Assuring 100% quality for all the tasks assigned
