1) Driving Jockey Friday initiative
a. Close monitoring of planning process
b. Theme and focus drive across Circles
c. Setting up matrices to drive by sales team
d. Activations and have healthy competition
e. Post drive analysis and key insights to Head Trade engagement
2) Nukkad Meet
a. Analysis of Channel partner level and retailer level data points
b. Identification of Top partners to engage and close working with sales team
c. Planning of right products pitches, Spiels and post engagement analysis
3) Incentive & Scheme Analysis
a. Distributor sales officersโ incentives โ inputs, hygiene check points
b. Analysis of incentive earnings with various cuts
c. Performance of channel partner scorecard
d. Scheme analysis โ circle level, line manager level and action plans to have optimum outflow
4) Joint Business Plan Analysis
a. TOTs to have uniformity across channels
b. Pre and post JBP analysis once Sales team is done with execution
5) Ideal Stores Drive
a. Validation of MOUs and mandatory docs data points analysis
b. Cost optimization sheet and EBITA analysis for right fitment of stores
c. Target setting, Tracking of performance through Application
d. Driving Incentives and right dashboards on time-to-time basis
6) Channel Partner engagement programs
a. Part of New product launches planning
b. Planning and analysis of pre and post channel partner programs
c. Effectiveness of programs analysis and fine tuning for the subsequent engagements
7) High throughput Stores engagement
a. Portal management
b. Driving team of Outreach people to have right data points on time-to-time basis
8) EEP 3.0 Portal Management
a. Non-Jockey product catalogue Management
b. Follow up on TAT at all levels
c. Benchmark pricing with online portal
d. Negotiation with vendor on pricing
9) New product and opportunity product tracker
a. Work with different stake holder on proper planning of opportunity product and share dashboard
b. New product launch tracker against the MOP
10) Reward and Recognition program for Champions Score Card winners
a. QTR champions celebration โ Event Management
b. Appreciating the QTR champions
11) Trade Show Management
a. Planning and executing with different stake holders
